Kate Morden is a Senior Analyst at Accurity Group. Kate has experience with corporate valuation and shareholder disputes. To support these services, she regularly conducts fact-finding and discovery assistance; financial statement analysis; valuation projections; guideline transaction, cost of capital, and industry research; and other financial analyses.
Prior to joining Accurity Group, Mrs. Morden spent nearly a decade as part of Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Restructuring team, working on numerous high-profile Bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Additionally, she worked as a Manager in Acquisitions and Development at MCR Hotels, the 3rd largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, and Analyst in Category Management for the Elsa Peretti jewelry and accessories line at Tiffany & Co.
